3. Booking and Payment

• Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Bookings: Services are confirmed upon acceptance of our quotation and completion of the booking process.
• Payment Terms: Payment is required in full before the delivery of the final report. Accepted payment methods will be discussed at the time of booking.

4. Client Obligations

• Access: The client must ensure safe and adequate access to the property for our equipment and personnel.
• Permissions: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from property owners or relevant authorities.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Weather Conditions: Services may be rescheduled if adverse weather conditions affect safety or image quality.

6. Liability

• Service Limitations: Our reports are based on visual assessments and may not identify hidden defects or underlying issues.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

All materials produced during the service, including reports and images, remain our intellectual property. You are granted a licence for personal use only and may not redistribute or alter the materials without our consent.
